Raised in Wilson, North Carolina, James’ childhood memories are flavored with the aroma of sizzling hot dogs, shared with family and friends during lazy summer afternoons. Growing up, he developed a deep love for the unique taste of Carolina Red Hot Dogs, a local delicacy that holds a special place in the hearts and stomachs of Wilson natives.

Driven by his fond memories and fueled by his entrepreneurial spirit, James set out on a mission to spread the joy of Carolina Red Hot Dogs beyond the borders of The Carolina’s. Crafting and perfecting his recipes and honing his culinary skills, he is bringing these tasty Carolina Red Hot Dogs, to the vibrant city of Atlanta, Georgia.
